Edited to Add: We're really up and running now! Let us know what you think!!!
I am very excited! Jody and I are finally launching the project we've been working on for the past couple of months and, if that wasn't enough reason to be excited, we've talked Kristine into joining us! So.... what is the new project? Well it is a new blog - a blog about how to be frugal in every-day ways. Ways that are simple and easy enough for a busy mom like me to do. Also we're not just about saving money - we're trying to help you save time, money and your sanity!

In honor of the launch we have a great giveaway going over at A Frugal Housewife, sponsored by The Hunter's Wife, Jody. Also Jody is having a giveaway on her blog and I'm having a giveaway too!
This is what I'm giving away:

It is a nifty hand operated food chopper/mixer (they call it the Quick Chef) from Tupperware. I bought it about 4 years ago and never use it because I have a nifty little electric food chopper from Target that I use instead. I really hate to just take this thing to Goodwill because it cost $50 new. But I'm trying to de-clutter and I simply don't use it and won't ever use it. So are there any frugal people out there who would love this nifty food chopper and would use it? It is complete - all the pieces are there and it will come with a $10 gift card to Target.
Here is the link to Tupperware's description of this great little machine (my Mom uses hers all the time).

hello, you may want to see Marc Warnke's website at www.marcwarnke.com
He is a friend of mine and his interests and yours align nicely. You may be able to work with him on something.
Tell him Cory from www.gothunts.com sent you.
I'm pretty excited about this too and I'm glad the announcement is finally out. Here's to the Frugal Housewives !
I don't wanna enter the contest, but I'm excited to read the new blog and see what you guys have cooked up.
For those of you who do enter the contest, that food chopper is great. We just used one on our vacation to grind bologna and it worked great.
I love the new Frugal Housewife site! The article that I find most helpful is the one about shopping at Garage Sales. I really haven't gone to many, but my husband's family is really into them. I was first exposed to a community garage sale while living in Arizona and I was hooked! I find you get a way better deal than consignment shops. It is sad how pricey a thrift store can be!
Great new website!! I love the layout and the content! Awesome tips, especially the money saving tips :) Thank you for the chance!

Hello! Well, our chopper broke a month or so ago, and being the frugal mommy that I am, we've resorted back to hand chopping!! I'd love to win the chopper, don't Goodwill it:) I did check out Frugal Housewife and entered their contest. I'm going to be mentioning them and linking to their Kohls giveaway on my blog today (the post might not be up for an hour or so). So my readers can check them out!!!
I like the ten tips to getting your house organized. Now, do you have ten tips to getting yourself started?
Thanks for the great blogs.
I like the 'leftover soup' idea, putting things veggies in the freezer into a container and poof you have a soup. I read it yesterday, and I already have container going - started it tonight.
Totally loving organizational tips. Still more to read. Keep up the good work :)
20 ways to cut down your monthly spending. I loved this post so much, I am e-mailing it to friends and family. Thanks!

I love to enter contests and of course I love to win.
The Frugal Housewife is great. Lots of tips and reminders.
I don't normally do garage sales, but I may have changed my mind after reading that post.
I'm apparently quite frugal doing 19 out of the 20 already. Good advice and when it comes to garage sales... Check out local church rummage sales. There's often a Bag Sale! I'll visit this site again.

I appreciated the suggestion to grocery shop early in the day. Bookmarked the frugal housewife for further reading.
Thanks for hosting the giveaway!
20 Ways to Cut your Monthly Spending was so helpful! I love the site layout and how easy it is to navigate. Great advice on this site and I feel many will benifit from it.
This is a great giveaway!
Goodluck to everyone!
Best wishes

This site is unique. Once again, I'm awaiting more from the category, "You Can Cook IT" Thx :)
I love that new blog and I posted there yesterday saying so! I found the post about comparing homemade mac and cheese with boxed mac and cheese totally interesting. I like both and will continue to eat both but I'm going to try that recipe. I also liked the garage sale mindset post. It always amazes me when people scoff at garage sale prices when clearly they're the best deal going.
I think you're going to have great success with the new blog. You're off to a wonderful start.
Thanks for the giveaway.

Love all of the new websites. They are really helpful with the frugal tips. I like the "20 Ways To Cut Your Monthly Spending" from the Frugal Housewife. I forgot about ten of the tips and am difinitely going to start using them immediately. You guys rock!
Sunday’s Sanity Saver - Plan to Indulge Yourself was a favorite. As a frugal housewife I understand the burnout when you've pinched pennies forever and it seems to be going so slow!!!
I'm loving the new site and plan to submit a "guest blog" article soon!
Oh yes, and enter me please! My mom has one of those food processors and she loves it! I'm still chopping everything by hand. haha

I can really relate to this. I've found that a little treat once in a while is very helpful in keeping me inline with being frugal. Learning this has helped me feel less guilty when I do indulge.
I left a comment over on the site about how I love the colors :-).
I think my favorite post at the moment is one of the more recent ones: "It’s All In How You Use Your Coupons." While I already use coupons, I'm not very organized yet in how I clip and use them.
My favorite tip was The Best Time TO Grocery Shop. I have gone shopping between 7-8am, and I love it! It is quiet, no one in line. Thanks!
I love your new website!! My favorite article so far is about allowing yourself to indulge every once in awhile. I have found myself in the pattern of being REALLY thrifty, followed by really over-spending. I think it's important to budget in a splurdge or 2 every month. After all, we only go around once:) I hope I win!!!
Great new site! I like the garage sale post. I look forward to more tips!
The 24-hour rule seems like a good one. I could use this with scrapbooking supply shopping.
Yay! Received my prizes today and I'm sad I'm leaving for a vacation tomorrow morning cause I won't get to use the food processor till I get back. lol It's much bigger than it looked in the picture and I'm excited about that too. hehe
Oh yes, and you can never go wrong with Target!
Thank you for holding this giveaway!!
